Xfinity Rewards

The Xfinity Rewards program gave customers access to perks, discounts, and exclusive offers tied to their loyalty tier.

Over six months, I maintained and evolved the visual system across five channels: social, email, web, in-app, and partner tiles.

My role was on the production and evergreen side, building out the campaign, keeping the creative consistent as new partner offers rotated in, and updating the design system as the program itself changed and grew.

Reward tiles grid

Evergreen reward tile system. Designed and maintained the modular tile layout across rotating partner offers including Firefly Festival, DreamWorks, and movie night promotions. Each tile was built to flex as new rewards cycled in without breaking the grid.

Instagram mockups

Social content and partner tile extensions. Designed Instagram posts for the Xfinity Rewards feed, adapting the campaign visual language across evergreen awareness posts, Bravo partnership promotions, and live event offers like Firefly Festival.

Email layouts

Home mail layouts

Email campaign system. Built and updated the Xfinity Rewards email templates across loyalty tiers, adapting layouts for welcome messages, tier-specific rewards, and promotional moments. The tiered heart system (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) carried through as the visual anchor across all email variants.

Web component specs

Web component design. Designed the Rewards entry point as it appeared on the Xfinity account overview page, including the greeting module and promotional banner placement. Built out both desktop and mobile states for handoff to engineering.

Loyalty tier page

Loyalty tier system. Designed the visual language for the four Xfinity Rewards tiers, Silver through Diamond, using a color-coded heart icon system that communicated customer standing at a glance. This system carried across the landing page, emails, and in-app touchpoints.
