Account credits are abstract, most people don't think about them until something goes wrong. On the Xfinity Services desktop page, my job was to make these concepts feel clear, human, and easy to parse at a glance. I owned the illustration and iconography direction for the page, working within and extending the shared Figma illustration library to build a cohesive visual system that could flex across multiple credit scenarios and account states.
The illustration style needed to feel warm and approachable without losing clarity — this is a utility page, not a marketing one. I developed icons that simplified complex account concepts into recognizable visual shorthand, and illustrations that gave the page personality without pulling focus from the information. Every visual decision was made in service of making the experience feel less transactional and more human.
