The role

I led iconography for the entire Xfinity ecosystem. Teams across product, UX, and marketing came to me directly whenever they needed something new, for a feature, a campaign, or a hardware label. My process for every request: sketch, research existing patterns, design, and deliver production ready files in Figma. Over three years I grew the system to more than 200 icons, 30 of them designed from scratch.

The Services tab

For the Services tab in the Xfinity app, I designed an illustrated icon set from scratch, exploring five visual directions informed by user research, from outlined to illustrated to filled. The final set balanced warmth and legibility at small sizes and made navigation faster for millions of customers.
