Overview
The brief
Metro partnered with YouTube to promote its $25/line plan, which includes YouTube Premium. Viewers love life hack content on YouTube, so the idea was simple: switching to Metro should feel like the ultimate life hack.
What I built
I took the brief to a full campaign with almost nothing to start from. I designed the concept, the visual language, a realistic YouTube desktop interface featuring five life hack creators, and the full motion system. The key moment is a zoom out that reveals the whole interface sitting inside an iPhone screen, right as the Metro offer lands.
Execution
Working closely with YouTube’s ad team, I built a modular After Effects system so every version (different creator combinations, alternate voiceovers, platform cuts) could be turned around quickly without rebuilding from scratch.
Result
The spot ran on CTV and blended YouTube’s creator aesthetic with Metro’s brand in a way that felt earned, with a visual hook that stood out in the format.
